Welcome to the Be Your Own Life Coach course!
I wanted to create this course after seeing the incredible confidence and motivation life coaching gives to those who are truly ready to go after what they want.
I've seen the breakthroughs.
I've seen the huge and exciting life changes.
I've seen the tears of happiness and relief from finally understanding what you want out of life and actually knowing how to get it.
I'm such a huge fan of life coaching and what it gives to people.
But…
In all honesty, its a huge commitment.
For life coaching to be really effective, it needs to be on-going rather than a one-off session every now and then. This is why a lot of life coaching packages are 3 months, 6 months or even longer.
Realistically, coaching is always going to be beneficial to you. It would be incredible to have a life coach on call whenever and wherever you need them, but as you can imagine, that will get expensive - fast.
And finally, the truth is that you can coach yourself.
If you like working at your own pace, enjoy figuring things out and love learning, you can absolutely coach yourself.
And I want to show you exactly how to do that.
The course gives you the tools, exercises and resources you need to be your own life coach.
You'll be able to explore and apply effective coaching exercises to yourself at anytime. This means you'll be working at your own pace and can focus on exactly what you need to. Some exercises you’ll only need to use once, and others will be helpful to use every single day.
So, rather than spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on huge coaching packages, I’m going to teach you exactly how to do it yourself - even if you have absolutely no idea what you want out of life, or where to start.
I know this sounds like a crazy bold claim, but with these exercises you’ll see and feel positive changes immediately - think all those lightbulb moments when things suddenly fall into place, and that overwhelming rush of relief when you finally know exactly what you want and how to make it happen.
The course is laid out in three parts:
Part One is all about evaluation and where you are now. The focus here is on self-awareness. You’ll take stock of who you are as a person, what you truly want out of life, and what your life very honestly and realistically looks like now.
Part Two is your toolkit for personal growth. Here you’ll find a whole range of exercises to help you with everything from negative thought patterns to limiting beliefs to setting boundaries. Some exercises are ones you can do daily, and others are ones you can use if and when you need them.
Part Three is the action phase. These are all resources for personal development and goal setting. In Part Three, you’ll turn your ideas into plans and create the easiest to follow strategies you can imagine. You’ll learn how to keep on track and stay motivated, and you’ll also learn what to do if things don’t go as planned.
You'll get videos guiding you through every single exercise, so that you know exactly how to work through each one. And you’ll also get a beautiful workbook to use along side each exercise, with examples to make things even easier to follow.
